Benjamin Riensche

Since 1993 is the manager of the entire Blue Diamond Farming Co operation, from planting to harvesting, marketing and logistics to the farm located in Jesup, IA. In 2001, he won the Farm Journal's Top Producer of the Year award and works to bring innovative management practices and cutting-edge technologies to the farm.

Blairo Maggi

Blairo is co-founder of the Amaggi group, the largest agribusiness company of entirely national capital, he was Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply and governor of the state of Mato Grosso. He owns more than 25% of the group, one of the largest private soy exporters and producers in the world and joined the Forbes list of billionaires in 2015.

José Eugênio Sobrinho

Graduated in Agronomic Engineering from UNESP, he is Director and President of the Agroterenas group, a Brazilian company based in São Paulo. The group is one of the largest producers of sugar cane and oranges in the country, being recognized for its modern and innovative integrated operation of all processes.

Matheus Ganem

4th generation rural producer, graduated in engineering and with an MBA from FDC. In 2017 he founded Seedz, a technology company focused on the agribusiness with emphasis on the relationship platform focused on the agribusiness, already used by more than 5,000 professionals in the sector, more than 300 resellers and more than 60,000 rural producers.

Melissa Carmichael

Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Bremer Bank. She is responsible for driving the banks' innovation mandate by building engagement in the ecosystems of FinTechs and AgTechs, in the Midwest and the coasts of the USA; make strategic partnerships and stay ahead of external trends, informing and educating banks.

Michael Horsch

Born into a family of farmers, he soon became a visionary of precision agriculture. In the 80's he spent a year in the USA and when he returned to Germany he built his first direct seeder which culminated in the creation of HORSCH Maschinen GmbH in 1984. Today he is one of the fastest growing agricultural implements manufacturers in the world.

Rafael Miotto

Vice President for Latin America of New Holland Agriculture, a brand of the CNH Industrial group. Previously, he was Director of Commercial Products and Services Strategy for the agricultural, construction and commercial vehicles segments, and during his career he worked in the areas of Services, Sales and Marketing in the agricultural segment, having the opportunity to carry out activities in all Latin American countries.

John Lagemann

Senior vice president of sales and marketing for the agriculture and turf division of regions 3 and 4, a position he has held since September 2012. John is responsible for sales and go-to-market activities in the Americas and Australia. He is a board member of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) and chairman of AEM's agricultural sector board.

Rafael Abud

FS CEO, having led all stages of development, from the conception of the business to the growth that made it one of the largest ethanol companies in Brazil. He was responsible for the development and management of all projects under the management of the Summit Agricultural Group in Brazil. Previously, he founded JETBIO and BioVentures Brasil, where he led several projects related to renewable energy.
